Caravan Ownership

Owning a caravan, at Staithes Caravan Park, allows you to escape to the quiet and picturesque North Yorkshire Coast national park. Our site unlike others does not allow owners to rent out their caravans, this keeps the site peaceful, clean and only for those who own a caravan.

The site is located in a hidden corner of Staithes, surrounded by trees, almost totally hidden from the rest of the village however it is still only a five minute walk to the beach.

Understanding the costs of ownership

Site Fees £2,500 p/a
Gas, provided via bottles
Utilities such as water and electricity is metred

Site Rules/ Information

Site season runs from March 1st - October 31st
Each plot has enough space for one car parking space
Each plot has enough room for decking, upon approval from site manager
